Vascepa is dosed at 4 g/day. I take 9 g (6 capsules) of a fish oil which is 270 mg/ml EPA, or 2.4 g of EPA. The fish oil also contains 1.6 g DHA (docosohexenoic acid) which also has some of the same effects as EPA. So I think this is equivalent to a low dose of Vascepa.
