By using the information garnered from exploration wells to date I would have thought thy have a compelling story to sell to investors, particularly in this bleak market.
Providing the analysis proves up the commerciality of the Senegal wells then I would think this de-risks a significant element of the project therefore making it easier to appraisal CR. It is entirely possible there will not be a great deal of competition from other projects looking for financing.
Just my opinion.
