as FF alluded to, and was also discussed when this listed... appears the initial product is just that. an initial product to allow them to start trading - only cost them $50k in shares. leaving $3.6m for the real deal.
volume and SP rise looks like the stag selling may be done. similar story on OOK (disclosure I prefer the CR8 structure over OOK and only hold CR8 at this stage)
