Have a good read of the entire prospectus. The geologists report is quite informative even if you are not a geo. Looks like Washington H. Soul Pattinson has been an early backer with $390,000 of Convertible Notes which will convert automatically into Shares on the date of the Company receiving conditional listing approval from the ASX for Quotation. There is also the Friedland's connection via their 50% holding in Gold and Copper Resources Pty Ltd - who will be the largest direct shareholder following the Offer (33.46%).

Other than the lucknow and commsec websites i cant find much else. I will post any other juicy info i come across.
