lucky bay approval update

G'day folks,

Last week I emailed the SA Govt Dept (DMITRE) that is handling the Lucky bay ammendment application and have just received the following reply.

"Thank you for your enquiry.
The revised Lucky Bay proposal is currently going through the Planning Assessment process, with the public consultation period actually closing today.
From there, the assessment will be undertaken, incorporating any comments made during the consultation period from the public, other stakeholders and Government.
Depending on the outcomes of that assessment, further information could be requested to inform a decision, or a decision made to refuse, approve, or approve with conditions.
The timing of this is largely dependent on the outcomes of the assessment and consultation.
The company will then be notified and given Ironclad is a publicly listed company, an ASX release would be made."
