You are right, there is no more issues or outstanding items with the MLA, and the company can only go by what they are told by the lazy bureaucrats in SA gov't, that it will be signed off any day now.
To tell the market everyday is pointless as it is out of the company's hands.
What is in their hands, is building towards first shipment which is happening in the background, including financing, which is also waiting for the MLA to get the final go ahead.
