The fact that management have steered the ship since the beginning is not enough reason to keep them, in my opinion, chiefly for the following reasons.
- Communication has been poor for years. It is not unusual for things to go wrong, but it is during these times that communication is most important.
- The SHIP has not progressed. Management should at least be doing low cost activities that help move development along.
- The studies are not done. Most investors will want to see the feasibility study results, but FAS has nothing of substance for SHIP, they have never adequately addressed fundamental aspects.
