Kogan seems to be following in Amazons footsteps regarding (apparently excellent) customer service.
I bought a Kogan tablet/notebook and for some reason the $19 delivery was charged even though I am doing the Shipster free delivery trial, so I lodged a query through the Kogan website.
I got two replies saying they were investigating so I just watched and waited.
After 20 days I get a reply: Shipster doesn't apply to international deliveries (as per the fine print) but seeing as you didn't know we'll give you a $19 e-voucher. Happy days for me!
However I suggest they improve the turnaround time as most people don't wait patiently for a result and would be "boiling" by the time the credit appears.
