I've had a similar experience with kogan before, can't remember the exact details as it was years ago but I remember they rectified the situation quickly and it was hassle free. Maybe they are a bit more congested right now with all the complaints they would've had around Christmas.

Their marketing is on point too. I keep getting emails about a monitor I'd looked it, telling me it's dropped in price a little. I also got an email today giving me $10 off for any order over $50 (I have bought with them before though, I don't imagine they'd offer me that otherwise). Maybe it's to try to entice me to buy that monitor haha. Considering how little it takes to get an Australian to buy something online these days, I'd say that targeted marketing is on point.
