KGN double charged me for a recent mobile phone 1yr pre paid sim. $152. But as soon as the error was verified on their side, which too a bit of mucking around, they promised refund of the 2nd unnecessary charge within 7-10 days. Whilst I was a little annoyed that it should take that long, I let it go, cause I had more important things to worry about.

They actually refunded me by the next day ! I like Kogan as a biz, and think they can keep on growing. The advert emails, can of course be unsubbed, or create a rule to remove them from your inbox and collect them elsewhere for when you are ready to look at 'em.

I'm looking for an opp to buy back in.
