I forgot that they kindly did us such a service by taking shares in lieu of fees! Very considerate of them...
Just to make a slightly warped comparison:

Total remuneration fees of $4.3m, being 5% of MC of $84m
KAR
Total remuneration fees of $7.08m, being .05% of MC of $1,300m
Obviously we are lucky to have these guys because we pay them so well!!!
