My guess would be, and as is often the case with scientists making ground breaking discoveries such as LAG-3. If he allowed an acquisition or merger into big pharma it would have been taken away from him. PRR was a great option that benefited both parties & Tribel steps into CSO still running LAG-3 at Prima following on from all his years of hard work + his equity stays with the product and it's advancement in its a new form. Pretty much looks more like a reverse takeover / merger than anything else and Tribel walks though into a NASDAQ listing.
