I think this specifically means the production of the anode at Freyr's gigafactory using graphite concentrates from Vittangi. In comparison to other anode producers TLG has to ship the smallest concentrate to yield the highest anode by volume so this model is perfect on so many levels. In my mind TLG is redefining the business/production model for anode production and the scale that it brings is quite staggering.
