Well done Manual. I spent hours translating this document from Swedish to English, paragraph by paragraph.
I'm not 100% convinced this is the reason for the delay in the DFS but it is the best explanation I can see.
After consultation with the Municipality and County Administrative Board in March, Talga were required to submit a new EIA with Natura 2000. The Golder EIA submitted in May 2021 that Manual has linked is the result.
Surely this was relevant to the DFS to ensure there were no further costs/considerations that needed to be accounted for.
If you are a serious investor (as I am) then you should read all three documents - May EIA, Municipality Land Plan, DFS) together.
It will paint a very clear picture of the progress Talga are making in consulting with the authorities and give confidence in the ongoing discussion of permits.
Permits are a foregone conclusion IMO. Bring on the JV!
