That's not how it works. They can't just produce as much as they want.
They need a permission (?) for that. I have seen such permissions for NV. They state exactly how much they are allowed to produce. Unfortunately, I have not found this for Talga. So only Talga knows what they have applied for or I have to search again. They will get the amount permitted if the plant is approved in the next few days. That's my guess. Just be patient.
