Not sure, but if I remember correctly LOMs share on Kimberlite was not 39% but only 31%. One of the reasons for the current share price is that our piece of the biggest cake is not really big. Let's see, any improvement here would be in deed good news. On the other hand I always ask myself what should be the motivation for somebody to lower his or her share? Just that Lucapa's shareholders are happy or that investment sentiment in Angola for foreign companies is improving???? I doubt this. So the only way to change the percentage are dolalrs, actually a lot of dollars. And if I would own 51% or 59% would I sell 10% or 20%??? Actually I won't, but let's wait, managemnt sounded quite optimistic so let's hope for posiitve surprise.

The motivation would be not having to contribute to the development of the mine. I would guess that LOM will get 51% and the partners will get free carried to production.
