I'm not sure about 'cappers', del, there is stock there to buy but that's a good thing. Entities thinking about buying and even taking the price higher over time, need to do the hard yards of properly cleaning out weak holders - racing to a higher level only produces instability if it happens prematurely. Prematurely, in this case, imo, means before cleaning out weak hands, AND, while there is still considerable uncertainty as to whether or not L259 is the one; let's face it, for all the research, and belief, and whatever here on HC, at the time of writing we don't have anything new about L259 that hasn't been known for quite some time, do we?
Finally, yes, it's great to see LOM being written-up all over the place and that is a strong pump-primer for if/when we get the right news.
