It's one thing a stock drifitng on no news, but ti's another thing when a stock is dropping due to blatant dumping, for more than a month on end. I still pose the question, who has been selling, we are yet to see one change in substantial holding notice. What si the time limit on the notices by the way, how soon do the changes have to be announced.

Again i ask who has been selling/playing with the stock price. I must also say that at this price LUM is much more fairly valued on it's current progress. At 70-80 cents this company was valued at around 80 MILLION bucks.
