riverview I would think management would have a good case for slander against those posters.
It should be brought to the moderators attention.
Case in the UK recently in similar fashion I believe where it was successful.
I am pretty sure if I were head of a company and read the crap about myself on a forum like this, I would be taking action.
The end result is, it is the personal view of the poster and he is entitled to those views, but not entitled to slander a persons reputation in the process.
My personal thoughts only, am sure we have legal eagles who would give the correct advice.
