re: lum sellers are crazy. The LUM shareprice is irrational pessimism in my opinion. The market is acting like it is about to be placed in administration. In my opinion Disney will be easier to deal with than a smaller client, Disney have got the cash to splash around, $1.2 mill US really is insignificant for them. Also a lot less likely to be headaches with professionals the calibre of Clear Channel and Disney. 4TS doesn't have to be a huge money spinner for LUM, what it has to do is impress the wider community and lead to more and more deals. In my opinion the company is better placed right now than ever before in their history and ironically the shares are being given away.
