ROFL - YOu can't seriously believe what you just typed, can you TradingMatrix? For oppies to be convertible, LUM's need to reach 7c which means a market cap of around $28mill, and if the directors exercise their oppies at 6c it will be even harder for LUM to get to 7c. Considering LUM has never had a profitable quarter and nothing has been announced recently that suggests that things are going to significantly change, what will be the stimulus to get LUM's upto 7c+?
With $1mill they wont be able to buy a decent company - look what they bought for $550k 18months ago? If they buy a significantly larger company they will have to significantly dilute again indicating that LUM will never get to 7c.
I believe that LUM and another company, based in Hong Kong, will merge, with LUM shareholders holding a small stake in the new company, possibly around the 10% mark. Ingram will be on the new board.
