If this is supposed to be some form of official announcement, it is in breach of itself.
Also, the ASX rules allow for continuous disclosure, so LUM could happily report updates to existing deals and/or clarification of previous announcements. Even if LUM has done nothing since the AGM, they can announce they have done nothing. Progress reports (similar to Daily drilling progress reports), are always encouraged.
