    Would appear from the Philippine Stock Exchange release today that they are attempting to drill a 3rd hole as the first two have initially encountered difficulty with the guide base of Lumba-Lumba-1, then the 30 inch conductor casing would not pass through the 2nd hole.

    The 3rd hole has had the 30-inch conductor casing set and cemented.

    I guess that's life in the world of oil drilling.
