From what I can surmise , it seems that Lumileds has patented certain applications using Bluglasses patented RPCVD technology that they have been trialling this past year. This comes at a critical time as the second phase of this collaboration draws close to its end. Lumileds are putting all they’re ducks in a row before any agreement is finalised. Or I may be reading this the wrong way. All I know is that we are the sole developer of RPCVD and have many patents protecting this process so Lumileds using this technology in a patent looks very positive to me. IMO DYOR.
