I guess time will soon tell but I interpret "have the additional benefits of already having products that would benefit from the inclusion of M&G, and that the company is also cash flow positive,"
as they are not having a great demand for their technology as a stand alone, so crikey, we will make products with our technology and better to be a company that is already cash flow positive as it help sustain us through a slow uptake period.
All in my opinion.
