Given the recent PHASE Scientific announcement, I have updated the snapshot I created to give an easy to breakdown summary of the company. This contains more detail on various things than the company presentations (distributors etc) as they don't provide this granularly. A number of long term posters on here have contributed to the list and I believe this provides good information to support your due diligence in investing in Lumos.

I think its important to note that the company IPO'd at $1.25. At that time they had circa 5 products in development for market including Febridx, Viradx and Covidx. Their core revenue from products came during Covid from Covidx (no longer available, replaced by Viradx).
There was a substantial change in the cornerstone investors in the last 12 months. Perennial Value Management and Ryder Capital were IPO investors. PVM sold out when the company was circa .10c an shifted the company pre CR at .07c which is how the company was driven to .038c (refer to the charting) post original Hologic announcement. Planet Innovation was their initial parent company who sold the majority of their position to Tenmile (Andrew Forrest Investment Firm) in a block trade this year. RYD still holds and is now alongside TM as primary holders (circa 36% of the company).
The only thing I believe I have missed in the above is that LDX has submitted to be included on the Australian MBS recently. Up until this recent announcement, there were concerns/discussions amongst holders, myself included regarding cash flow and ability to meet ongoing operations. This was a time when cash flow was questionable, Hologic agreements were delayed significantly and the share price bottomed out at .019c. This announcement is as Doug said, transformative and pivotal to the growth of the company. This has now put those concerns to rest.
This announcement is the largest diagnostic distribution agreement in ASX history. The growth, potential and fundamentals of this company have never been stronger than they are now. There are major players behind both LDX and PHASE Scientific now which should only bolster belief this is going to be a substantial long term player on the ASX with the likes of Tenmile (Andrew Forrest / Tatterang) as primary holder of LDX as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as initial investor into PHASE Scientific.
