if the 2nd hologic payment has not been received, may there be a problem with the project
this is how projects 'die'; they get delayed, and less work goes in, and no money comes in, and less work goes in, and suddenly it is DEAD (with no info to the market); let us say not dead, but delayed and zombied... that requires no annoucement; we suddenly go in 2027 'hey, what ever happened with the Holsomethingorother' project
