Re "skin in the game"- I doubt the chairman can have much skin in the game as he would need to be an independent director.
However in saying that we need a chairman with more drilling knowledge and contacts than Matt Birney, he has been dedicated but I think its time for some new blood, hopefully he is savy enough to realise this and will resign on his own accord shortly.

No reason why the directors couldnt have a large share holding though

BE great if Warren Strange could provide more input on technical issues and also involved in the quotation process either as a director or consultant.
