    I made my signature dish for lunch - in fact my only dish - a fry up.
    But but...I do need to tell you that apart from farm fresh tomatoes, and baby potatoes from Aldi, the piece de resistance, the sausages, came from the best sausage makers in the Southern Hemisphere - Thirlmere Butchery, competition winners for their sausages and just across the road from the Steam Railway Museum. It's quite a drive to get them but well worth it.
