Less Payment to Xstrata ($640,000) Head office costs, (?) Independant report, (?) Plus what other liabilities,or cash postion inside of Oroplata-it cant be much based on their OIS. Does not leave much!!!!!! Cannot do a placement without shareholder approval as they just used their capacity two weeks ago. I wonder ,when they eventually hold a meeting for shareholders to approve the deal, whether they seek shareholder approval to do another placement , or ,heaven forbid , a heavily discounted rights issue. That would make holders squirm too much, I would bet on another heavily discounted placement!!!
