With what we know at present early patients now, will then be late stage, and untreatable. I think that is a reasonable argument to get 434 to patients now where it has shown to be of benefit. That is a long wait for Lu AB82422 results which are unlikely, given the respective P2 results, to show any supremacy over 434. Lundbeck seem to be pinning their hopes on an earlier stage patient population in this P3 trial. - From their trial Inclusion Criteria - [The participant had the onset of motor MSA symptoms (Parkinsonian and/or cerebellum) within 5 years prior to the Screening Visit in the judgement of the investigator.] The Lundbeck drug is an infusion- another disadvantage.
