Agree, Lundbeck have a 74 week placebo controlled section followed by a 74 week optional open label. Lundbeck are the only big pharma who only do neuro drugs. They have over 60 neuro drugs from over 20 compounds. Market cap 5.5 Billion USD. They need to recruit 360 so it could be some time before the 74 week clock starts running. There is also a certainty many who are not on the trial will progress into advanced condition and cannot be helped. Maybe patients advocates groups will press for access. 'Right to try' is not much use because insurance companies will not pay for an unapproved treatment.
