An interesting point you raise, geology recognises no borders. Some of the reporting by neighbours has been perhaps promotional and WA1 has been exemplary in the way it has reported and managed shareholder expectations. But this is a developing province and it is clear there is potential on neighbouring properties.

Luni is located literally on the border of Encounter's tenement. Even if mineralisation is constrained within the WA1 tenement it would be advantageous to develop a mine of this scale with the cooperation of its neighbour. In addition, if you were in WA1 management's position wouldn't you be interested in the conjoining property, particularly with the demonstrated lithological and structural similarities? I would.

Eventually there will be consolidation but that may be some way off and on whose terms? This is a mineral province developing, so far niobium has showed its face but this style of geology can yield all sorts of mineralogy. It's exciting and WA1 has first discoverer advantage and first access to funding.

It is naive to think the only WA1 tenements are prospective. But from the investor perspective, good luck predicting exploration success: an ore body in the hand is worth two in the bush.
