Here's a bit of a visual of the strength of mineralisation across the Luni deposit at a number of arbitrary contours on gravity background. Today's results were concentrated in the southeast corner adding the higher tenor (purple) material which has certainly extended mineralisation to the east.

Just as a guide the contours represent the relative quantum of mineralisation in that zone:

    Purple: > 50 Nb205 percent*metres
    Red: between 30 and 50 percent*m
    Green: between 20 and 30 percent*m
    yellow: mineralised >0percent*m

    So a drill hole number of 91 could represent, for example: 91 metres @ 1%, 45.5m @ 2 % or even 1 metre at 91%

There are a couple of interesting features on the interpretation:
    • Notice the strong northeast/southwest and southeast/north west controls on mineralisation.
    • There is a very prominent structure trending northwest which appears to pinch and truncate the mineralisation right through the centre of the deposit.
    • The initial interpretation of the carbonatite (represented by the oval shaped dashed line) has been a very good guide to the extents of mineralisation. If this holds true to the east then one might expect that the deposit limits are close to being defined.
    • There appears to be very little displacement of the supergene material from the primary source which is a positive for mining economics should substantial mineralisation be defined in the fresh zone.
