What is difficult to comprehend with what you said on your post
"These numbers may mean nothing to you, but but for the astute investor they actually mean is that 78% of the shares are owned by only 8.32% of shareholders, which mean the smart money is investing in this share."
What I am saying is just because 8% of shareholders own 78% of the company does not necessarily imply that they are smart.
They could be really dumb but very rich.
