The real issue for the current trials in CPn10 is the dosage. The trial protocols give 4 cohorts with eight subjects in each cohort and intravenous dosage at 10,30 100 and 300 mg. The highest dosage in previous intravenous trials was 10 mg. The real issue is the safety, tolerance and the clinical data from the high doses. We already know that CPn10 is hypothesised as a Ramp. We only need to show tolerance and safety and we have every big pharma wanting a piece of the action.
