BHP started the year at 4051 and currently friday at 3584, so yes its down for the year.
However using a simple stochastic buy and PPT stops, it has yeilded a 60% return from 7 short term trades, and thats removing half profits at the end of each trade. These are all long trades and come mainly from impulse moves off lows.I hope that helps, if not i can share the chart at some stage.
