Come on Guys this Director only had 500,000 shares. Forget about the director when the BIG whale (Mr. Yue) is there sucking up all the little ones on the way. I would be worried only if Mr. Yue sells. Until then the fundamentals are all the same.
I just got to find out the rules behind Directors selling on the high and how long BEFORE a price sensitive announcement he can sell. I will find and post it over here.
