Playez, their disclaimer sounds frightfully similar to that of Goldman, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan etc.....of course they always state you can't rely on what they say and there maybe a potential conflict as another division has or is seeking to do business with the company covered.....that is what a bloody disclaimer is for and with out it any US research entity would end up on the wrong side of a court ruling within months of a projection being incorrect. To suggest an industry standard disclaimer could somewhat infer their research may possibly be tainted is idiotic in the first degree!
