Mrs Peel, it depends on whether Tata want a return on their investment in from 2018 or mid 2020's. I am pretty sure the answer will be from 2018.

I am also convinced that Exergen,Theiss,Sedgman wouldn't be promoting/spending money and referring to the BM Export Project in capital raisings and mergers.

IMO Mrs Peel BM is a serious project for the consortium and will be a goer provided they can get it approved through all the relevant Gov red tape.

It also looks to me like the premier of Vic is doing his best to simplify that process and attract much needed investment in Vic.

Remember, there has been a coal mine in the immediate area for 70 years and the resource has been earmarked for future development.

Mantle's BM project was even featured on the Major projects map put out in Feb 2013 by the Vic DPI who control such projects as well as ALDP funding.
