Having been over the area in question and looked all around the surrounds I don't think it will be a problem Mrs Peel.

I personally would prefer they do a deal with the Callejas to start from Maddingley but don't think it is a make or break issue at all. It would be a shame to see Maddingley not developed further after all the work and money they have thrown at Coldry, however if that's the way it goes it won't be a major issue for Mantle/Exergen IMO.

There is plenty of similar industry in the area, very few people living close by and a resource the Gov needs revenue from so with or without Maddingley the project will be progressed IMO.

Yes, very encouraging the DPI recognize the project.
