I wasn't sure just when that termination period ended. It talks about .."up to the day before the Underwriting Agreement is executed..."

Is that at the due date, or when they are notified of any shortfall, or is it within 10 days after they are notified

as it then says .."Underwriter is obliged to subscribe for all of the Shortfall Securities within 10 business days of receiving notice from us as to the number of Shortfall Securities....."

but I cant see them withdrawing and missing out on their fee of $82,719 (exclusive of GST) being 6% of the Underwritten Amount plus the issue of 15,000,000 Options
