What you're describing is something that already exists. Have you heard of AMAZON I think you will find they are building out exactly what you're saying. The biggest drug distribution companies in the world have highly sophisticated logistics systems now that use AI and machine learning to optimise their distribution.

At the end of the day you can buy this off the shelf today - what is the earth shattering , unique technology that Decidr has that separates them from what already exists?
