Most likely an increase in LVR requirements will affect Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs - not sure if maylands, leederville and west perth projects would be subject to this, but no doubt this may increase settlement risks upon completion of projects...
Not great to know, hopefully other lenders don't tighten up all remaining options.
