LVR = Loan to Value Ratio (I am pretty sure). The proportion of a leveraged investment that a bank will lend. 100% means you can borrow the lot. 0% means you can't borrow for that investment. 50% means you can put in half and the bank will lend the other half. But (I think; I don't use these things) the level is reassessed all the time, so if you borrow the limit % to buy and the price then falls, you have to put more $$ in.
