    Lending Vaue Ratio is to do with margin lending. In BRM's case Comsec will lend 30% against BRM shares where as a large cap such as AMP the LVR is 75%. Many small caps do not even rate such as WNI which is zero.

    IMO its not a big deal simply Comsec re-rating due to BRM liquidity and the current takeover offer.
