My long term view is that I am not going to be trading my position here for a gain of a pip or two. I have stuffed up so many times trying to time the waves only to be surprised for continued violent uptrend after trimming down or exiting a position.

This here is a lesson in patience in seeing the market re-rating LVT, and qualifying for a capital gains discount through a long term hold. It's time to wise up. I can hold it now, but if I was to start trading this, the amounts involved might just mess my brains up. LOL

Hope to see $10 in my lifetime (next 10 years, let's say) for at least part of my holdings, as I am sure the temptation to sell will be great between $1 and above.

But I am getting ahead of myself here.
