Goodwill:

LVT highlights that the Goodwill has been measured as the excess of consideration over the identifiable net assets of Wizdom. The company has paid $27M in Goodwill. Wonder how this was measured at. Seems overvalued. Now LVT is carrying intangible assets of $45M in 2019 whereas in 2018 it was $4.5M. This is an increase of 1000%. no joke.

What this means is that the company will have to amortise this into their profit and loss statement every year. This is just an add on on the existing problem of very high wages and contractor payments.
