A quote from Hamish Douglass of Magellan fame in a Livewire article out today:
"WarrenBuffett famously said that the goal of an investor should be simply topurchase, at a rational price, a part interest in an easily understandablebusiness whose earnings are virtually certain to be materially higher five, 10and 20 years from now. Over time, he said, investors would find only a fewcompanies that met these standards."
Can anyone think of such a company?
