the next qrtr staff cost in cash payments is abt $8m I think that this is again too much or the pace at which we are getting revenue will have a lot of catching up to be profitable at least. currently the operating cash flow is negative. some are saying that this is a scare creating thread but I am just re reading the facts already presented to market. it is just that the expense is too much. even if the share value increases to $1 will of course do some quick trades but surely not for long term.
